He recruited his wife Alysa from her health care profession first, then carefully hand-picked a group of like-minded real estate professionals to help him care for his growing client base. The Yao Team was thus born. Instead of 8 working hours a day, Yien achieved the equivalency of 56 hours each day through the right partners. Each agent and support staff on The Yao Team working as an extension of Yien, with the same tireless pursuit of exceptional customer service and duty to uphold the highest standards of ethics and professionalism.
